I have been a licensed Realtor working successfully with Buyers and Sellers in the Sutter-Yuba areas since 1985.
I grew up in Yuba City and after graduating from High School moved to the San Mateo area where I lived with my husband and 2 daughters until returning to Yuba City in 1979.
Over the course of the last 28+ years in Real Estate I have worked through many challenging real estate markets; none of which compare to what we’ve come through from 2005 to 2012. During this time I learned to work successfully and effectively with large banks and corporations as well as smaller banks on their REO (bank owned) properties and short sales. These were trying times for buyers and sellers and taught me a lot about how to problem solve in very difficult situations.
My focus is and always has been on Communication, Customer Service and educating my clients on current markets and trends so they will feel confident and informed whether buying or selling their first home or one of many homes.
Recently Margo Partnered with Amy Hendrix of Prudential California Realty and combined they represent over 44 years of experience working successfully with buyers and sellers in the Sutter, Yuba, Butte, Colusa and surrounding North Valley areas.
